Career Path

So what’s in it for you?  Where do you want to go?  Most of our employees start off as field employees in an apprenticeship path which eventually leads to a licensed Electrician position.

Apprentice to Electrician (5 years) Do you want to stop there?  No problem.  If you want more, here’s what’s required.

Electrician to Lead Hand (+2-3 years) to Foreman (+2 years) to Senior Foreman (+5 years)

Electrician to Service Technician (+5 years)

Electrician to Estimator (+2-3 years) to Project Manager (+2-3 years)

CURRENT OPEN POSITIONS

 

 

  • Project Coordinator, Electrical (6 month contract position)

The Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Project Managers with client projects.  Must be a licensed 309A Electrican or possess a college diploma as an Electrical Technician or Technologist.  Must have previous knowledge of electrical contracting and commercial and industrial builidng, amd be well organized with a mechanical aptitude.  Must have excellent computer skills, knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Accubid and additional I.T. knowledge

  • Service Technician, Electrical
    Position is suited to a senior 309A licensed electrician with a minimum 3+ years Canadian equivalent experience, with commercial experience and excellent safety record. Must possess strong wrriten, verbal and customer communication skills, valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Electrician, 309A Construction & Maintenance, Mississauga
    We are looking for great Electricians! Minimum 2 years Canadian equivalent experience, with commercial experience and excellent safety record required. Must possess 309A Construction & Maintenance license (PLEASE NOTE - No 442 Industrial license applicants), effective communication skills for safety, valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
