Large New Rooftop Solar Installation in Woodstock
September 28, 2011 - We are very excited to announce our involvement in a very large scale Rooftop Solar Project for Advanced Green Technologies.
In July 2011 Dial One Wolfedale Electric completed (1) Megawatt of Solar Power project consisting of (2) 500KW Roof top solar installations in Woodstock Ontario for Advanced Green Technologies. The two sites; 460 Industrial Ave. and 80 Norwich Ave. are owned and operated by Nautilus Solar Canada Limited Partnership, a joint venture between Bright Power Inc. and Nautilus Solar Canada Inc. The Buildings are owned by E&E McLaughlin Ltd, the system was designed by Advanced Green Technologies, and completely installed by Wolfedale Electric.

This system is made up of over 4600 Solar Panels, reducing the carbon footprint by 240 Tons per year.
The Systems have been approved for power generation through Woodstock Hydro. This will add clean energy to the Woodstock grid providing sufficient power to run approximately 120 homes.
Renewable Energy/Green Energy has become a focal point for Wolfedale Electric reminding us that power conservation is very much here to stay. We move forward looking towards a cleaner future with the rewards of a reduction in energy consumption, overall cost savings and an even greater reduction to our carbon footprint.
Ontario supports Solar Power generation and has been attracting investors from around the globe soon to be providing over 50,000 clean energy jobs and billions of dollars of investment right here in Ontario.
We would like to thank the following companies for making this project possible:
· AGT (Advanced Green Technology)
· The Bright Power Inc
· Nautilus Solar Energy LLC
· E&E McLaughlin Warehousing
