As part of our company's five year plan, we are now recruiting for a Sales Manager to take Dial One Wolfedale Electric to the next level in growth.
The principal duties of the Sales Manager will be to develop Wolfedale’s key customer base, and develop and support our sales team. We are looking for an individual with at least 5-10 years experience in sales, with at least 2 of those years in a management capacity. Some experience working in the Construction industry would be an asset, but is not a requirement. The successful candidate will possess superior time management and organizational skills, skilled in negotiation, and will be at ease with meeting and speaking with decision makers. They must also be able to motivate and create strong, positive morale within the sales team.
