The Electrical Safety Authority (ESA) has developed a province-wide consumer campaign through its Electrical Contractors Registration Agency to inform Ontarians of the requirement to have an ECRA/ESA provincial license to offer electrical services.

The campaign “Plug in Safely” emphasizes the importance of hiring only a licensed electrical contractor – something Dial One Wolfedale Electric customers already know well. The company communicated this new requirement to its customers immediately following the January 1st, 2007 effective date, and continues to keep its customers informed of the latest industry regulatory updates.
